We aim to fulfill all orders on Mondays and Fridays. You will receive a tracking number once your parcel has shipped (please check your junk folder if you don’t see it).

Delivery is usually 6–11 working days.

Customs charges are calculated and included in your shipping fee, and VAT is included upfront so you don’t pay extra on delivery.

Customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility and not covered by Sofia & Found. If a package is returned due to unpaid customs, only the item cost will be refunded (excluding shipping and fees). Reshipping requires new shipping payment.
