Tracking & Lost Parcels

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email (please check your junk folder if needed).

UK Orders

Estimated delivery is 48 hours from posting. If your parcel has not arrived within 10 working days after the due date, please contact us and we will raise a claim with Royal Mail on your behalf.

International Orders

Estimated delivery is 5–7 working days from posting. If your parcel has not arrived within 25 working days after the due date, please contact us and we will raise a claim.

While we are not responsible for postal delays once your item has been dispatched, we will always assist in resolving lost parcel claims. Refunds for lost items can only be processed once Royal Mail confirms the parcel is officially lost.
