Vintage items are final sale, so please shop mindfully. Each piece is carefully inspected, but minor signs of wear may occur due to the nature of vintage.

Returns are only accepted if an item is significantly not as described, such as:

- Damage not mentioned in the description

- Correct sizing or measurements

If this happens, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your parcel at sofianfound@hotmail.com or via DM.

Please include your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description.

If approved, the item price will be refunded to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
